What can we sublimate?

If it has a specialized polyester coating, we can probably print on it! Our most popular custom items include:

How the Magic Happens

The word "sublimation" refers to a scientific process where a solid turns into a gas without ever becoming a liquid.

1.The Print: Your artwork is printed onto heat-resistant transfer paper using specialized sublimation inks.

2.The Heat: We use a high-temperature press (around 400°F) to marry the design to the product.

3.The Transformation: The heat turns the ink into a gas and opens the "pores" of the item's coating.

4.The Permanent Bond: As the item cools, the ink returns to a solid state inside the material. The design is now a permanent part of the product—Pixel the Penguin approved!

Why Sublimation?

Extreme Durability: Since the ink is embedded, your items are dishwasher-safe (for most drinkware) and UV-resistant.

No "Feel": On fabrics, you can't feel the ink at all; on hard goods like metal and slate, the surface remains perfectly smooth and glossy.
